SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship all of our packages through United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are calculated based off the weight of the package and how far it is being shipped.
Each order includes a tracking number which will be sent to you in an email once your order has been shipped. As soon as your package is in possession of USPS, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your package, especially if it is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting USPS directly as they will have more answers than we will!
When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax. We cannot declare your item as a gift, it is illegal and a federal offense in the United States. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes and they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We go through a process to ensure the buttons we send you are without flaw, but if you happen to find an issue with any of our products, we will either send a replacement or give you a refund.
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with the products you receive from us, or if you simply change your mind (it happens - we know!) we will give you a full refund once the items have been returned, as long as it is within 14 days of receiving your item(s). We do not refund shipping costs.

Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale items are final. No exceptions.
If a return package is received with insufficient postage, the amount due will be deducted from the refund total. We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number.
